Offer: The £30 introductory price is available to the first 30 properties accepted by Holiday Lets Wales and purchases one Standard property listing for 12 months from the date the listing is published.

Full payment: The advertised price must be received in full. A partial, altered or otherwise insufficient payment does not purchase a listing and no listing will be published until the full amount due has been received.

Authority to advertise: By submitting a property, you confirm that you own the accommodation, are authorised to advertise it, or have permission from the owner to arrange advertising on their behalf.

Fraudulent or unauthorised submissions: Holiday Lets Wales relies on information supplied by advertisers and does not independently verify ownership of every property submitted. We may refuse, suspend or remove a listing where we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, misleading, unauthorised, impersonates another property or business, or otherwise misrepresents the accommodation. Holiday Lets Wales is not responsible for false, misleading or fraudulent information supplied by an advertiser or other third party.

Photographs & content: You confirm that you own, have licensed, or otherwise have permission to supply and publish all photographs, logos, descriptions and other material provided to us. The advertiser remains responsible for material supplied for publication.

Accuracy: The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that property information, facilities, prices, availability, booking links and other information supplied to Holiday Lets Wales is accurate and not misleading.

Review before publication: All submissions are reviewed. We may decline accommodation that is not genuine visitor accommodation in Wales, cannot reasonably be verified, contains unlawful or misleading material, or is otherwise unsuitable for inclusion on Holiday Lets Wales. Where we decline an otherwise genuine property before providing the advertising service, any refund due will be dealt with in accordance with our full Advertising & Listing Terms and applicable law.

No performance guarantee: Holiday Lets Wales provides advertising and property discovery. A listing does not guarantee any particular search-engine position, website traffic, enquiries or bookings.

Renewal: The £30 introductory payment covers the advertised 12-month period only and does not automatically renew. Any future renewal will be offered separately at the price applicable at that time.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any statutory rights or liabilities which cannot lawfully be excluded.

I confirm that I am authorised to advertise this property, that the information and content I supply may lawfully be used for the listing, and that I have read and agree to the Advertising & Listing Terms .

Payment is completed securely on PayPal. Holiday Lets Wales does not receive or store your card details or PayPal login details.
